The reports of Imam Malik between the science of Hadith and the jurisprudential argument

This research aims to demonstrate the significance of the difference arising from the classification of narrators and its impact on the acceptance of a hadith based on the narrator's integrity, even if its structure contradicts the general rules of acceptance established by hadith scholars to determine the status of both the narrator and the narrated material. This relates to a crucial reason for rejecting a hadith: the continuous break in the chain of transmission, which hadith scholars describe as problematic due to the difficulty of reconnecting it.

balaghat malik were studied to clarify this issue, given the importance of. Malik's integrity in both the hadith and jurisprudential schools. This is evident in the mursal hadiths he included in his Muwatta' using the phrase "it reached me," and those found in the Mudawwana narrated from him using the same phrase, thus combining two considerations: hadith methodology and jurisprudential argumentation
