The reality of using e-administration and its impact on the quality of educational services: An applied study at Sabratha University
The research
aims to examine the reality of using e-management and its impact on the quality
of educational services, thus contributing to the advancement of these
services. This is achieved by identifying the role played by e-management in
improving and developing the quality of educational services, through the use
of an electronic information system that would contribute to achieving a
competitive advantage for the university under study. The research relied on
the descriptive analytical approach, and reached a set of results, including:
There is no electronic connection between the university's departments and
divisions, the university administration's preoccupation with priorities due to
the prevailing circumstances, the lack of financial resources necessary to
implement e-management, and some employees' fear of losing their job positions.
The most important recommendations include: motivating moral and material
awareness of the use of modern e-management technologies, providing the
necessary financial resources to implement e-management, providing training
courses for employees on e-management techniques, and directing university
officials to adopt a method of achieving quality in educational services.
