The research aims to determine the relationship between coaches' academic
education level and training efficiency, and to study how coaches' educational
background affects their training methods and their effectiveness in developing
players' skills in football academies. The researcher used the descriptive
survey approach due to its suitability to the objectives and nature of the
research. The research community consisted of (33) coaches from football
academies in the Jfara Plain region. The research sample was deliberately
selected from football coaches in academies in the Jfara Plain region. The
sample size was (20) coaches from the research community, taking into account
the diversity in their educational levels and experiences. Based on the
research results, it can be said that academic qualifications play a vital role
in enhancing training efficiency by providing coaches with the necessary
theoretical knowledge, while the integration of training experience with
academic qualifications contributes to the effective application of this
knowledge. Furthermore, the competitive background of coaches, especially those
who were former players, enhances their understanding of players and the
development of appropriate training strategies. The researcher recommends
enhancing academic education for trainers and providing specialized training
programs that focus on practical application, in addition to encouraging
cooperation between trainers and establishing a system for guidance and
counseling. Standards should also be developed to evaluate the competence of
trainers and encourage scientific research in the field of training to improve
training practices.
