The impact of using e-sports on physical fitness levels
This study explores the impact of e-sports on
physical fitness. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach to
explore the impact of e-sports on physical fitness. It aimed to shed light on
the concept of e-sports and fitness, and highlight their most significant
impact on physical fitness among students of the Faculty of Physical Education
at Sabratha University. The study yielded several results, the most important
of which are: The educational institution supports its students in practicing
e-sports to achieve physical fitness, and students are satisfied with the
quality of e-sports provided by the institution. Recommendations include:
Developing dedicated spaces for e-sports, similar to those used for traditional
sports. Funding e-sports programs and activities within the college is also
recommended.
